Scab of Crabapple

With the wet weather conditions, there can be a lot of scab of crabapples and apples caused by the fungus Venturia inaequalis. A wide range of symptoms may be observed this year from a few leaf spots, to what some may term "sheet scab," to yellow leaves and premature leafdrop.
